Description:
The project located in North York consists of two residential high-rise towers with 436 suites and 30 townhouses. DGC is providing the complete mechanical scope for the project. The building is fully equipped with sophisticated mechanical equipment and a centralized building automation system. The suites are installed with a four pipe horizontal fan coils with integrated ERV system for year-round heating and cooling.
