Description:
The project consisted of a new gymnasium, an 80-metre indoor track, two-storey climbing wall, squash courts, cardio-fitness area and aerobic studios and has been built to LEED Gold certification with numerous eco-friendly features. The mechanical scope consisted of complete plumbing, heating, HVAC, chillers/ice storage tanks, rain water harvesting to supply water to the toilets, in-floor heating and solar panels for domestic hot water system.
