Description:
The Mechanical Scope for this new school consisted of the supply and installation of underground and above-ground plumbing including DCW, DHW, sanitary and storm systems, sump pits, plumbing fixtures, boilers, pumps, cooling tower with heat pumps, heating and chilled water piping, supply and installation of custom makeup air unit, ductwork, exhaust fans and terminal devices, insulation, building automation system, balancing, third party commissioning and client training.
