New school for Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique Centre-Sud located in Oakville, Ontario. Approximately 65,877 sq ft, two story building fully equipped with a library, a cafetorium with stage, arts, drama, music, and science rooms, teaching kitchen, gymnasium with accompanying change rooms, construction & transportation labs, computer labs, classrooms and building service rooms.
Mechanical scope consisted of the supply and installation of all mechanical equipment complete with seismic measures. Equipment included: pumps, boilers, compressor, cooling tower, exhaust fans, make-up air units, water heater, expansion tanks, plumbing fixtures and all pipe and duct work including insulation and controls.
