Description:
The mechanical scope consisted of supply and installation of underground and above ground plumbing including DCW, DHW, sanitary and storm systems, sump pits, plumbing fixtures, supply and installation of boilers, cooling towers, custom Dx air handling units, pumps complete with hydronic and chilled water piping, supply and installation of ductwork with VAVs, exhaust fans and terminal devices, insulation, building automation system, balancing, commissioning and client training.
