A challenging and rewarding project in which renovations and additions to a 100 year old heritage building were made while maintaining its heritage significance.
Mechanical scope consisted of supply and installation of custom air handling units complete with services for chilled water and steam, new chiller to provide cooling to the Christie House Mansion, VAV boxes, plumbing fixtures, and all pipe and duct work including insulation and controls. Design, supply and installation of new sprinkler system for the Christie House and modification to existing sprinklers throughout the building.
