Description:
This design build project included a 17,000 sq ft addition and 15,000 sq ft renovation of the existing Rose City Seniors Centre. This LEED certified facility consists of a senior’s Activity Centre, an Arts & Culture Centre and a Sports & Abilities Development Centre.
The mechanical scope included design, supply and installation of plumbing sanitary, storm and domestic piping system, a complete new HVAC system comprising of custom rooftop units, pool dehumidification, integrated building automation system and LEED commissioning.
